Group booking
request form
Please use this form to request a group (10+) guided walk. Click here for smaller groups.
If you only want to visit the church, then no booking is required.
We are now fairly full for August 2012; we will now need to confirm times with guides before accepting further bookngs. Please email ilonagreyling53@gmail.com with any concerns.
Groups who book a separate walk are now charged £6 per head (Free for under 15s). You can pay by cash, cheque or card, in advance or on the day. We also offer tours with cream teas at the end. Please phone if you are interested.
If you have a smaller group, we may be able to accommodate you. Please ring 01223 311602 to chat it through. Our guides are all volunteers so we are reliant on their availability in each case and each guide can take a maximum of 15 walkers. Therefore we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your requirements, though we always do our best.
If you are coming with disabled visitors, please be aware that some Cambridge streets on the route are partially cobbled, though colleges have worked hard in recent years to make themselves more accessible. There is also Shopmobility at the Grand Arcade if you need to borrow a wheelchair for the day.
We are excited by the growing numbers of international visitors coming on the walks, but can only provide them in English or Mandarin.
We recommend that you bring the group early to watch the introductory video (23mins) - we have seating for 25. This is available in English, Spanish, French, Japanese and Mandarin. Walkers can leave bags securely at the church.
